Feliz sábado querida comunidad de hive, en este nuevo día mis amigos les quiero compartir una deliciosa y fácil receta se trata de una mermelada de banana, buenísima para untar o rellenar cualquier postre, les cuento que su preparación es muy fácil y está en corto tiempo; y lo mejor que no requerí de muchos ingredientes, los invito a ver toda la receta sin perder más tiempo cocinemos.

Happy Saturday dear hive community, on this new day my friends I want to share a delicious and easy recipe, it is a banana jam, great for spreading or filling any dessert, I tell you that its preparation is very easy and is in a short time; and the best thing is that I did not require many ingredients, I invite you to see the whole recipe without wasting more time let's cook.

Ingredientes-Ingredients

1/2 kilo de banana - 3 cucharadas de azúcar - vainilla - canela en polvo - limón.

1/2 kilo banana - 3 tablespoons sugar - vanilla - cinnamon powder - lemon.

Preparación -Preparation

Paso1-Step1

Primer paso: tome 1/2 kilo de bananas y la puse a hervir por 10 min, luego deje enfriar un momento y le retire la piel, luego pase a colocar las bananas en una olla y le añadí 3 cucharadas de azúcar.

First step: take 1/2 kilo of bananas and boil them for 10 minutes, then let them cool for a moment and remove the skin, then place the bananas in a pot and add 3 tablespoons of sugar.

Paso2-Step2

Segundo paso: comencé a cocinar a fuego muy bajo, seguido le añadí canela en polvo y vainilla al gusto, luego comencé a mezclar sin despegarme.

Second step: I started to cook at very low heat, then I added cinnamon powder and vanilla to taste, then I started to mix without peeling.

Paso3-Step3

Tercer paso: por ultimo le añadí a la mezcla, el jugo de medio limón, luego seguí mezclando hasta ver espesar los ingredientes y retiré del fuego, y listo para degustar.

Third step: lastly, I added the juice of half a lemon to the mixture, then I continued mixing until the ingredients thickened and removed from the heat, and it was ready to taste.
