When the enemy tries to frustrate you through a person or through a loved one, the best thing that you can do to fight against the enemy is to pray.
Because what the enemy will do is he will try to make a fool out of us to God. I can cause them to sin against you. I can do something to where it will make them angry and it will cause them to sin. This is how the devil thinks.
But when you see trouble arising and you go into a place of prayer, the enemy cannot fight. Because you are not giving him access over your mind, over your thoughts, and over your emotions.
And this is why every believer needs to have self-control. Because it will keep you out of things that the enemy intended just for you.
When trouble is arising, when the enemy has come to take your peace, and you know that the enemy is among you, pray.
