How are you all? I hope you're all doing well and enjoying your Sunday. I'm also good, so let me share a quick recipe with you today – Lal Chana Recipe. It's ready in just 15 minutes, so let's see how to make it.
Ingredients:
1 cup soaked black chickpeas
1 tomato
1 onion
2 green chilies
Spices:
1/2 teaspoon chat masala
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Method:
On a lazy Sunday morning, everyone might be lounging around, but kids tend to get hungry on their own schedule. I had some boiled black chickpeas ready.
First, we need to chop the vegetables.
- Take a pan, heat some oil, then add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn pink. We don't need to make them golden, just pink.
- Now, add the chopped tomatoes along with all the spices and sauté for 1 minute. Then, add the chickpeas.
- Mix everything well and let it cook for a few minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy.
I've garnished mine with pomegranate seeds, gram flour noodles, and finely chopped onions, tomato.
