Breakfast was scrambled eggs. I had mine with cheese and on corn tortillas. Went out with the dog. Took her early because we had a prediction of rain. It was definitely cloudy when we went to the trail.
Has to go shopping at Harbor Freight. I needed a kit to install the floor in the master bedroom. We took the dog for the ride. The store was about a half an hour away. Lunch was tuna salad. My wife had it on a rice cake. I had it in a bowl with some other veggies. We finished the second season of Barbecue Showdown.
Dinner was fried chicken tenders and waffles. For the coating on the chicken and the waffles I used gluten free flour. They both came out pretty good.
After dinner we watched several episodes of House MD. My wife went to bed early. I stayed up to watch some YouTube videos. Thumbnail is the lillies on the side of the house. Anyway, thanks for reading.
