Muy contenta de anunciar que he logrado cumplir una meta que tenía predispuesta desde hace tiempo y era entrar al Gym, cosas que realmente me tiene muy entusiasmada porque he sentido una gran carga de estrés y con esto, con lo que al fin quería tanto, pude lograrlo.
El Gym es de solo mujeres así que, me siento bastante cómoda y feliz del ambiente. Me metí con dos amigas porque había una promoción de $10 cada una si ibas en grupos de 3 o más, cosas que me encantó porque venía con un entrenador básico y no tenías que pagar la inscripción, solo $10 y yo dije ¡Me encanta! Esto era lo que estaba buscando😍
El primer día hice pierna, de verdad que todo me gustó porque la entrenadora si nos ayudó, fue muy linda y nos mostraba los procedimientos, además con mis amigas nos ayudamos porque somos principiantes y estábamos perdidas en algunas cosas.

This was what I was looking for😍 The first day I did leg, I really liked everything because the trainer did help us, she was very nice and showed us the procedures, also with my friends we helped each other because we are beginners and we were lost in some things.
