Story behind the poem.

I was home alone, finishing the last chores of the day when there was a blackout (happens sometimes). When that happens everything becomes quite. I went to the roof to star gazing. It's very nice to see them glow in the dark.
I gazed them for a while and it's like this connection that always gives me peace and a sudden idea to write a poem.
I start putting the first words or phrases that come to my head and then it starts taking shape. As I was writing I thought of a love poem but then I realized that its not only a romantic poem but to all those people we love that for one reason or another decided to go after their dreams and now live very far in another city or country but they are missed.
