My Actifit Report Card: May 23 2024

    Had a fantastic cardio day with some HIIT followed by some walking. Put in over 18k steps which is most I’ve had in a single day in a very long time.

    I’ve enjoyed getting back into cycling, especially for HIIT. It provides a low impact way to crank up the intensity and get my heart rate to push the limits. I’ve worked my way up slowly but right now I’m doing 30 sec sprints followed by 1 min rest. The goal is to get to 30/30 at some point and run it for a full 15-20 (including some warmup and cooldown time).

    Overall, I’m just grateful to be feeling much better physically to get back to these high level fitness routines (both weight training and cardio).
