A year ago, my hive power was around 66k and my vision was to push it to 70k before the end of the year but things changed and six months later I realized that I could do more than 70k hive power that I could push it to 80K. Most of my posts throughout last year were about me getting to 80K Hive and I believe that was the best I could do in terms of growing my hive power. At one point, I was hoping for Hive price to go above one dollar, I knew during that time it would be difficult for me to keep accumulating Hive and I thought that the sweetest spot for me last year was 80K Hive. Fast forward to now, I beat that with more than 11,00 hive.
I was able to achieve 90K Hive power, I maximized the opportunity that I was presented with which was to use the market to my advantage. The market helped because it did not go beyond five cents and it was really helpful. Hive price was hovering around five cents price which enabled me to keep buying gradually. At first, my goal was 70K hive power but at the end of the year I was able to accumulate 91K hive and I’m proud of myself. For someone like me who had been constantly buying Hive for more than two years, I was able not only to build Hive power but also join some amazing projects which makes me believe that I can even do much better this year.
Building never stops
My aim this year remains the same which is to keep building. There is a lot of potential behind holding Hive and presently with 91K Hive I believe a hundred thousand Hive is very possible and realistic which is what I will work towards. If what happened last year also happened this year which is hive price hovering around five cents it is possible that I could accumulate more than a hundred thousand hive power and I should be able to build nothing close to 115k or 120,00 hive power. I believe the price of most altcoins should moon this year. The realistic price of hive I can set is 100k hive power.
My goal is to keep building Hive power because it has helped me to know the importance of Investment and how powerful it is to compound your money. Apart from building Hive power, I want to look into some other projects because I also believe that they are important. We have some amazing projects on Hive that I could invest in and I know of a few that are good and I will invest in them. Top of my list is splinterlands even though I have a good amount of money in this project already and I want to keep growing also in this community.
