Milk Pudding With Mango Pieces Recipe

    Hello everyone!!
    Today I went to college at 10 am, before I went to college to study. I took the time to make a simple mango milk pudding as a dessert to take to campus. My friends had also left a message for me the day before to make mango milk pudding because I had brought the pudding when I had class during the day. They really liked it until they always reminded me to make it. I also often bring my own food to college and often I also bring more food for my classmates. When I have time I will definitely make it because the midterm exam schedule is approaching so I rarely bring food.

    Because the day before my friends had left a message for me to make them mango milk pudding, so when I got home from college I bought milk and jelly at the minimarket and coincidentally I already had mango in the fridge which I always buy as my favorite fruit. Before going to campus, this morning I prepared mango milk pudding first and prepared it. Making food with simple ingredients is very easy and I made this pudding with coconut flavored milk.

    ✿ inggridient

    • 1 mango (weighing about 250gr)]
    • fresh milk coconut delight 225ml
    • nutrijell
    • 5 tbsp sugar


    ✿ how to make Milk pudding with mango pieces
    • take the mango and peel it first then wash the mango with clean water

    • cut the mango and separate it from the seeds

    • then cut the mango into cubes or small pieces as shown in the picture

    • take a pan to cook pudding

    • put the milk into the pan first, cut the top of the milk so that the milk packaging can be used as a pudding mold container

    • then also put in the mango pieces

    • cook on the stove over medium heat

    • add 5 tbsp granulated sugar

    • then add nutrijell

    • don't forget to stir slowly until evenly distributed

    • keep stirring the pudding until it boils

    • when it boils, turn off the stove

    • take the milk packaging from earlier, put the pudding into the milk packaging

    • after that, let it sit for a moment then put it in the refrigerator until the pudding is cold and perfectly formed

    • after the pudding is cold, remove the pudding from the milk packaging and place it in ats container

    when the pudding was put in the refrigerator I left it while getting ready to go to college. I also reused the milk carton packaging to save on the use of items in the public kitchen, besides that, the pudding was perfectly molded and it was not difficult to remove it. I brought it and gave it to my friends, but unfortunately when they enjoyed the pudding I forgot to document the time they ate it. Maybe next time I will explain it here for my other provisions when sharing with my friends.
