How to prepare stew dumplings at home

    It is another wonderful Sunday to you all, today I will be sharing with us all how to make stew dumplings at home, I learned this recipe from my sister and I tried it on my own.

    This is not my country's food, dumplings are majorly for the Indians and I make use of the ingredients I find around me, also there are different methods of making dumplings, some can cook it as normal food while some will make it as pie, all of it is still dumpling.

    INGREDIENTS USED
    Flour
    Hot dog
    Butter
    Carrot
    Spicy
    Potatoes
    Spring onions
    Rosemary
    Veg. Oil

    The first step is preparing all the ingredients by washing them, slicing the ones that need to be sliced, and setting them aside.

    I put two cups of flour into my dry bowl and added 1½ sachet of curry, added one sachet of ginger, and mixed with my hand before adding water to make a dough, after adding water I mixed thoroughly, it was not too thick neither it is watery.

    I proceeded my slice the hot dog, coated it with flour then fried it until it turned golden brown, after this process I transferred the potatoes inside the oil added the carrot, and allowed it to fry on low heat before adding water to it, after 2 minutes of frying then I added water into it, added a pinch of salt/seasoning cube and all the spicy and then cover it to cook before adding the flour into the ingredients.

    After some minutes, I started molding the dough bit by bit and covered it to cook on low heat for 10 minutes, this doesn't take much time to cook at all, and our dumplings is ready, like I said this is not my country food, I saw it from my sister and I decided to try it out and it came nice. This is a stew dumpling, so feel free to add more water but I prefer mine to be thick.
