This time I will share a beautiful sunset from Matheson Hammock Park located at 9610 Old Coutler Rd. Coral Gables Miami-Florida, USA. We arrived at this park by chance on a Saturday afternoon, as we drove along I was amazed by so much natural beauty, at the entrance of the park is the road that leads to beautiful views of the sea passing through a captivating tunnel of trees that at the end reveals a part of this extensive 630 acre park on the coast of Miami just south of Coral Gables with large tracts of mangroves, dense marshes, forests and planned spaces.
En esta oportunidad compartiré un bello atardecer desde Matheson Hammock Park ubicado en la 9610 Old Coutler Rd. Coral Gables Miami-Florida, EEUU. Legamos a este parque por casualidad un sábado en la tarde, mientras avanzábamos me sorprendía tanta belleza natural, a la entrada del parque se encuentra la carretera que conduce a unas hermosas vistas del mar pasando por un cautivante túnel de arboles que al terminar revela una parte de este extenso parque de 630 acres de la costa de Miami justo al sur de Coral Gables con grandes extensiones de manglares, densos pantanos, bosques y espacios planificados.
This park has an unusual feature; a beachfront pool that is naturally filled by the tides of Byscaine Bay, surrounded by limestone and palm trees that translates into a beautiful landscape, which serves as recreation for adults and children. We arrived at approximately 5 p.m., the restaurant built on top of a coral rock with an open-air terrace with live music celebrating a wedding and also at the bottom another celebration caught my attention. We bordered the beach and took the paths, we got people doing photo shoots (pregnant women, lovers and me).
Este parque tiene una característica inusual; una piscina frente a la playa que se llena naturalmente por las mareas de la bahía de Byscaine, rodeada de piedra caliza y palmeras que se traduce en un lindo paisaje la cual sirve de esparcimientos para adultos y niños. Llegamos a las 5 p.m aproximadamente, llamó mi atención el restaurant construido en la cima de una roca de coral con terraza al aire libre con música en vivo celebrando una boda e igualmente en la parte inferior otra celebración. Bordeamos la playa y tomamos las caminerias, conseguimos personas haciendo sesiones de fotos(embarazadas, enamorados y yo).
My partner Raiza took off her shoes and socks to sit on the stones by the sea, I continued walking because I did not want to miss the details, a guy was lying in a hammock near the beach (the best). The sun was hiding between colorful shades that enraptured my eyes besides the embrace of the cool breeze, the singing of the birds and in the distance the lights of the city, an unforgettable scene ... after a while, the night came and a little drizzle made us say goodbye to this beautiful place.
Mi compañera Raiza se quito los zapatos y medias para sentarse en las piedras a la orilla del mar, yo continué caminando porque no quería perderme los detalles, un chico estaba acostado en una hamaca cerca a la playa (lo máximo). El sol se fué escondiendo entre matices coloridos que extasiaron mis ojos además del abrazo de la brisa fresca, el canto de los pajaritos y a lo lejos las luces de la ciudad, una escena inolvidable...pasado un rato, llegó la noche y una pequeña llovizna nos hizo despedirnos de este hermoso lugar.
