So yesterday my mother took me to the market to buy fish, but when we arrived at the market, instead of fish, we bought shrimp, but oh well, shrimp is no less delicious than fish, so I thought of making shrimp with coconut milk sauce mixed with potatoes, so I also bought potatoes and other ingredients such as shallots, tomatoes, chilies and others, coincidentally, next to the fish seller, there was also someone selling vegetables and other kitchen spices, I don't know when there was someone selling vegetables, I feel like there wasn't any before, maybe because I haven't been to the market for a long time. Okay, when I got home I immediately cooked rice, because I happened to not cook rice this morning, there was only leftover rice from last night so I just made fried rice. Then I started cleaning the shrimp and started mixing the spices that I bought earlier, I didn't use many ingredients, my friends, it's very easy to cook, I will share the recipe and steps to make this shrimp in coconut milk sauce.
Materials used
1/2 coconut
3 potatoes
3 green chilies, cut into pieces
Lime
Salt
1 clove of garlic
8 cayenne peppers
8 red chilies

1 tsp coriander

Manufacturing procedure
After the shrimp are washed clean, marinate the shrimp with salt and lime, then let it sit for a moment, take the coconut, grate the coconut to make coconut milk, I grated the coconut manually, not using a machine,
Puree the spices using a blender until smooth, then add them to the shrimp, along with the coconut milk and green chilies.

Heat a little oil, then add 2 cloves of shallots and curry leaves, saute until wilted, then add the shrimp.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces according to taste. I cut them into squares and then put them in with the shrimp,and add a little water
Continue cooking the shrimp until it boils, until the sauce reduces.
