Well, JRPGs can have good screenshots too. I guess for a Unity game, it really does illuminate everything from caves, ancient mythical caverns, towns, villages, fortresses, etc. Should be noteworthy effort for a game priced at 50 USD, obviously.
The Suikoden spiritual successor embeds itself between the old school and modern when it comes to the artstyle and visual design. This is probably one of the last Unity titles ever getting made, so enjoy the post while you can. The engine has reached great maturity after so many years, it doesn't even eat at my computer specs that easily just to look good.

They have returned to the entrance point, but something has changed. The relic in front wasn't there before.
The relic's guardian has woken up to a fight. Unfortunately two of us alone aren't enough to defeat this. Thankfully the rest of our group arrives to help, and we're well on our way to winning this, as well as getting that relic to the empire and League of Nations. This is also where the story follows afterwards.

After fighting this, finding more crews to recruit, finally went to Ymir where he gave me some assignment. A village was attacked, and looted by a gang, the trails lead to a cave on the south west side of Grum County. Now I get to really show em what for.
My work did get cut out for me, found 3 guys being in charge of the whole thing. Though, it doesn't seem like they're gang members. More like bunch of guys who clown around quite a bit. Interacting with them was funny, but we had to fight. Before winning, it was revealed they were also victims of attacks, and that they stole food supplies to feed their people. So a grand conspiracy has arrived.
The gang is here, reporting for duty. As well as a sword lady with a vixen hairstyle, and pretty cool getup. Seriously, these characters, the more I unlock em, the more interesting they get.

Werne village is now an encampment of the empire, whom are preparing for war. This is bad, as suspicions are confirmed. The League of Nation will soon go to war with the Galdean Empire.
