    The Ruleset

    image.png

    • Rulesets - Heavy Hitters & Beefcakes
    • Mana Cap - 39
    • Active Elements - image.png image.png image.png image.png

    Here's my starting lineup

    Summoner: Immortalis

    • With the ruleset and element pick that I got I did not know what I wanted to play at first so I that case I usually go with Immortalis as he is possible one of the strongest summoner in my opinion
    • Immortalis is so strong because he is useful in any kind of battle with is -1 hp Void and Shatter
    • Void - 50% less damage (rounded up) from magic attacks or 0 damage from magic attacks of 1 power
    • Shatter - Successful attacks destroy the target's armor
    1st Position: Mycelic Infantry

    • Mycelic Infantry was my main tanks for this battle
    • Main reason I like Mycelic Infantry here a lot is his Shield ability
    • Combined with my summoners Void Mycelic Infantry was going to be taking only half of the damage dealt to him
    • Shield - 50% less damage (rounded up) from physical attacks or 0 damage from physical attacks of 1 power
    2nd Position: Thane Newsong

    • Not a monster I usually play but I kind of panicked and just went with him
    • All good tho as he is a great secondary tank and also has some great abilities
    • Inspire - +1 melee power to all allied units
    • Strengthen - +1 max health to all allied units
    3rd Position: Regal Peryton

    • Regal Peryton is a super great mid mana magic monster
    • When he is in the backline he does a great amount of damage and if he should fall into the first position he has high speed + Flying to tank a lot of attacks
    • Flying - +25% chance to evade physical attacks. No effect if the attacker also has Flying. Immune to Earthquake
    4th Position: Venari Scout

    • Next up in line is Venari Scout
    • picked him because my mana cap was coming up fast and I needed someone low mana cost
    • For 3 mana he is also a great damage dealer
    • Opportunity - Targets the enemy unit with the least health
    5th Position: Goblin Psychic

    • Goblin Psychic was my first and only healer for this team
    • By far my favorite healer in the game for my level
    • For six mana you get decent stats and both Tank Heal and Affliction
    • Tank Heal - Each round, restores 1/3 of max health (rounded down) to the allied unit in the first position
    • Affliction - 50% chance to apply Afflicted after a successful attack. Afflicted units cannot be healed
    6th Position: Supply Runner

    • Supply Runner was my backline tank for this battle
    • For 6 mana he was not the strongest pick but I really wanted his Swiftness ability for my team
    • Swiftness - +1 speed to all allied units

    Starting board

    image.png

    • After seeing the starting board I was quite scared as I had not seen Llama Kron combo for a long time and last time I 100% lost to it
    • But his summoner was only level 1 which gave me some hope and I also had a great summoner to counter his team which was almost all magic damage
    • But lets start the battle and have a look how I did

    image.png

    Here's how the battle went

    1st & 2nd Round

    image.png

    • After first two rounds the board was still looking quite the same as in the start - my enemies Mycelic Slipspawn who finally was taken down
    • this also confirmed the match result already as my enemy just did not have enough damage to even kill my first monster
    • Lets keep watching and make this a quick one
    3rd Round

    image.png

    • After 3nd Round I was still full hp and my enemy lost his healer
    • Also his Flesh Golem was on 1 hp which meant he was about to fall in the start of the next round
    • Lets hope for the best and keep watching
    4th Round

    image.png

    • 4th Round came and went with not much to speak about
    • I took down is Flesh Golem and got a Affliction onto his now buffed Kron the Undying
    • But as I still out healed him I just needed to wait till his last monsters falls and then claim my victory
    5th & 6th Round

    image.png

    • It took me 2 rounds to kill my enemies last standing monster
    • After his Kron the Undying had fallen I took the victory

    Summary

    • This battle was definitely heavily one sided but still fun to watch
    • I had a little proud moment with this battle I do not see Llama Kron combo almost never and when I do I lose but this was different even if I was mostly because of the level diff
    • But I still played I quite strong team so I am happy with this battle
