Hola comunidad #SWC, el día de hoy realicé una rutina de resistencia con los ejercicios básicos, Fondos, Push UP, Flexiones, Korean Dips, Fondos en barra.
En las fotos pueden apreciar que estuve realizando algunos de los ejercicios que traía la rutina de resistencia y también hice un poco de cardio.
La verdad la rutina estuvo fuerte me dejo exhausto pero debemos de esforzarnos para conseguir un mejor resultado.
Este es mi primer posteo dentro de la comunidad, espero les guste y vamos por más.

Hello #SWC community, today I did a resistance routine with the basic exercises, Dips, Push UP, Push-ups, Korean Dips, Bar dips.
In the photos you can see that I was doing some of the exercises included in the resistance routine and I also did a little cardio.
The truth is, the routine was strong, it left me exhausted but we must strive to achieve a better result.
