    Hello everyone how are you doing, hope you all are doing well it another day, I exited day, and I'm so happy to be with you again still on cycling.

    Keep my body alive as a cyclist is my paramount concern, and I don't joke with it. But sometimes taking a ride all alone kills my vibe, so I normally take on a group rides to maintain the peace in my cycling experience.

    That is why I have come to this space to share my experience and the benefits associated with group cycling. Please read to the end.

    Alright, cycling first brings people together, it is one of the two reunion people in fact, is gives way to me to engage with like—mind people and there are numbers of benefits which I am going to in five headlines in this post hoping it will also help someone out in here.

    Share a moment:
    As a ride, I have realized that the best cycling experience is one to share with a memory that you would never forget rushing.

    So group cycling allows me to share the opportunity to with people and lighten my mood so that my colleagues, friends and I create an atmosphere of harmony in our mood, which is my major medical care for body fit. A smile with my friends and colleagues is more than a dose of doctor's prescription.

    Safety Driving:
    In my country is yet developing one, Nigeria, and some in fact to monitor the road users and cycling rides are not really put in place making it too delirious to be out there on the road alone. Because of this poor infrastructure.

    And other road users struggle on the same road, such as the motorized vehicles.

    Every car may not be conscious enough to give way to a cyclist but, if we are in a group, they are pert to have no choice but to understand.

    And then apply speech limits where necessary and stop where he or she should stop.

    Therefore, I advise all cyclist whose country a developing one to always go in numbers. Because it can claim a lot of space and maintain standard safety of all the cyclists when you are in large numbers.

    I learn something new:
    Each day a spend with my friends on a ride, I lean something new from them. I picked up conversation and on cylinder skills and styles and will all deliberate on it.
    So as talks about knowing different bikes and their capacity. It allows me to ride on different brands of bicycle because I get to borrow from my friends for a taste.

    As we all know, the best moments are to be, so in case of pictures and puncture, I can have more than a handful of experience bikers around to help me out.

    Wake up early:
    Your time might fail at times, but those passionate friends can't fail. Group cycling allows me to have the opportunity to check on my colleagues as well too, them looking out for me.

    In fact, they are my accurate timekeeper in numerous instances when I must have slept left off.

    So because we have one goal to keep that fits, start a day together, that energy, calls me up by checking up on me, so you see how interesting a group cycling can be fund.

    Energize the body:
    It doesn't allow me to be socked with depression, or mediate on the issues that should be solved at home. No matter how hard and rough, the problem is lingering. That echoes of sound from friends breath a relief on me.

    Cycling helps you lose weight:
    Over the years, my cycling experience has been on fitness, but when people say they need some pills to help them.

    I think a bicycle is a far way better, it helps lose, taking cycling habitually, especially at a very higher intensity ride.

    It helps lower your sugar and body fat, which promote good health. It helps born down the calories and build your muscle.
