Un saludo amigas y amigos de #SWC y #HIVE el día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes algunas fotografías de mi entrenamiento de front lever del día de hoy. Hoy realice un aumento de intensidad en mi rutina de front lever sobre todo en los primeros combos que suelo hacer que juego mucho con pull ups y presses de half. Antes hacía de primer combo 2 pull ups de front lever half straddel + 3 presses en esa misma progresión+ 5 segundos de aguante en esa misma progresión. Está vez aumente y realice 1 pull up de front lever half + 2 presses de half + 5 segundos de aguante, aumente dificultad en la progresión, la verdad que me sentí bien a pesar del desafío que me propuso el combo. Luego de eso realice los combos con ejercicios más básicos como pull ups en tuck adv tanto prono como supo o y también realice presses de half. El total de series que realice en este entrenamiento fueron 10 series entre combos.

After that, perform the combos with more basic exercises such as pull ups in tuck adv as prone as you knew or and also perform half presses. The total number of sets I performed in this workout were 10 sets between combos.
