Happy new year folks!!! How was the holidays and the celebrations? It was a bit of a soft life for me during the holidays with Niece One and Niece Two around to keep me company. We had a fun time but it came to an end as seasons always pass and it's a new adventure to look forward to.
So far so good but I saw a couple of artists doing this end of year sales round up so here goes

So how much I made on my art in 2024, drum rolls please, is a total $367!!! My good friend beside me right now says "not bad" and I'm laughing and she says "at least you have a hobby that pays, I don't". "I don't think this qualifies as a hobby, I do be working very hard you know", I reply. Well as a professional hobbyist, I am a little bit disappointed but she has a point and there's a chance that 2024 was better than 2023, so silver lining I guess. Plus I can't calculate how much I earned on Hive because it's my coffee, cocoa and cake(the big Cs) money and I was well supplied with those last year.

I really love this illustration, I believe this is the third or fourth time I'm doing a dreadlocks hairstyle. I made a post about it then about art imitating life because at that time (and still) I was rocking some dreads myself.
