This is the best Paratha for travelling or snacks. You can enjoy it for breakfast/ lunch / dinner . With sangari sabji( a Rajasthani dish), pickle, red chutney and curd these paratha gives amazing taste. You can also enjoyed it with tea. You can make this Paratha easily.

    • wheat flour 2 cup
    • salt to taste
    • Oil
    • Red chilli powder
    • Turmeric powder
    • Garam masala
    • Hing

    PROCESS ✅

    Step 1 :

First take a cup of dal , rinse with the water for 3-4 times and soak it for 5-7 hours.

Then drain off the excess water with the help of colander.

    Step 2 :

Now in a big vessel , add wheat flour, drained moong daal and all spices. Also add 2 tbsp oil in it, to make the paratha soft. Mix all thing well.

Now help of the water knead the dough. Not too soft not hard.

Now cover the dough and rest for 20-30 minutes.

    Step 3 :

After 20 minutes, take few drops of oil and knead it again and make it soft. Make the balls of equal size. With 2 cups of flour i made almost 14-15 parathas.

Now with the help of rolling pin flatten the balls around 5-6 inch .

    Step 4 :

Now heat a tawa and place the paratha on the hot tawa.

Repeat the process with all balls. And make all parathas.

Enjoy the parathas with chutney, curry , tea or pickle.
