It will continue to be a challenge to get in good workouts without my Treadmill as I experienced today as I could not go far in the morning due to some work meetings. However, a slot opened at lunchtime so I went for a walk. It was very hot so it was quite the grind.
It was also not the best day to forget my hat given the Sun being right above me. I went from shade to shade but it was impossible to avoid for most of the walk. Got in a good stretch but it was surely not fun. My alternative solution for workouts will have to come soon if I want to continue progress.
