Life is good even if you felt no better. It doesn't change the fact that it's great to be alive! :)
I would like to post this photo because I was amazed by his faith. He was attending Mass first and after the mass, he stayed longer after the final blessing. He prayed earnestly to God and in front of the Blessed Sacrament he poured out his heart intentionally.
We really don't know what the person is going through unless he opens up to you and share his joy or suffering in this passing life. In times of distress a few genuine and kind people would lift a lil help to ease ones burden in life.
If we cannot help people, then lets just be civil and cause no harm to each other so that it would be a better world to live in.
To experience peace it's not the absence of chaos but rather the ability to conquer your inner chaos bravely. As long as you have peace within yourself you will not be carried out by life's drama because you can handle your situation with poise and with Grace.
Spread kindness. Spread love. Do what makes you happy as long you are doing the right thing in accordance with the law. Be FREE by doing what is right and just.
Ask for help when life burdens you too much. Go to people you are comfortable with to talk about your current situations. No man is an island, right? That's why we need another to have our mental health intact if possible.
