I thought about placing today's photos into my "local fails" category, but thinking about what happens in them, they're not really fails if the outcome is as intended, but that's only speaking about the rugs. Probably the people in the first image found out about an irresistible discount and said, "Let's get all those rugs," fine with that. The failing part is that they parked the car, one single car, in two parking spaces, and also in spaces reserved for people with disabilities. I'm not sure what to comment about the second image, is that a safe load or not, how many rules or laws are broken here... guess I'll never know.
