Hola a todos, como siempre comento, por fin llego el fin de semana, asi que por ser sabado, siempre concidere que el almuerzo en la medida que se pueda, tiene que ser diferente, cuando digo diferente, es como se ve en la foto, un surtido de todo un poco, sushi el cual es un plato típico de origen japonés basado en arroz aderezado con vinagre de arroz, azúcar, combinado con otros ingredientes como pescados crudos, (salmon), mariscos, verduras, etc. Este plato es uno de los más reconocidos de la gastronomía japonesa y uno de los más populares internacionalmente, tam,bien huevo de codorniz, con crema, sobre el rolo de arroz, la verdad todo es exquisito.
Otro de los platos tambien muy sabrosos, como el kimchi, es una comida tradicional de COREA, es picante, la misma contiene, verduras varias, fideo de arroz, caren de pollo cortada en daditos, tambien de cerdo by de carne de res, en este caso acompañado con aros de cebolla a la romana, todo excelente.
Tambien lo infaltable para esta comida o almuerzo, que es una buena ensalada de tomate, ajo y cebolla, la cual combina bien con todo esto, a la misma la condimentamos con aceite de oliva, un poco de limon y sal a gusto, mesclamos bien todo y lista dicha ensalada para acompañar dicho almuerzo.
Como todo sabado, tambien como comente el almuerzo es diferente, po lo que es esta exquisita comida, que en la medida que se puede nos damos este gusto.
