Happy Customer Supermarket - beating February HBD spending and more

    Happy Customer Supermarket has gone 3 full weeks of creating a great environment to learn about HBD and experience using it for payments firsthand. We launched on February 15th which was a Saturday. Yesterday March 7th was the 3rd Saturday of this project. Each week that passes, we look at the stats which includes how much HBD spent and new users signed up. I am eager to document our journey at the end of each week, and look at how far we have come.

    Two weeks February Vs 1st week of March

    From our launch date on February 15th, there were a total of two weeks before the month ended. The distriator app helps each business to track results per month. Take a look at the stats for the two weeks in February below.

    Notice that friends spent 204 HBD even as Happy Customer Supermarket just started. Compare the above figure with that of the 1st week of March below.

    Notice that in just 1 week, the March figures which currently stands at HBD spent had toppled that of February. It took just 1 week to achieve that - amazing not so?

    The analytics above helps to track progress and analyze results. I am really excited for posting these high figures already in March. We appreciate the friends that have made this possible, especially those that bring their friends through referrals. Word of mouth marketing remains one of the most effective way to create awareness and a strong community remains the foundation of web3.

    A total of 10 new users in March

    One of the objectives of setting up Happy Customer Supermarket was to onboard as many new user as we could. During our first workshop, 7 new users signed up. But two days later, we signed up an additional 3 new users - @gennic555, @danieluche, @davidglad

    So if we add 3 to the 7 new users signed up during our workshop, there is a total of 10 new users signed up in the first week of March. Isn't that impressive? So if it is possible to somehow maintain that onboarding rate of 10 per week, then 40 new users would join through our supermarket every month. How about all the businesses on distriator signing up 40 per month, thats a huge step towards mass adoption. At Happy Customer Supermarket, we will remain detail-oriented and would always work hard towards doing better than we did before.

    Remember that in February 2025, we operated for two weeks and signed up 15 new users. You can confirm the figure here. So if we add 10 to the 15, we have signed up 25 new users through this project - and that took 3 weeks to accomplish. These figures are encouraging and should push us to aim even higher. Other businesses would either study what we do or try to up their game. The more new users are onboarded, the better.

    I understand the power of networking. Its one of the cheapest and most effective way of leveraging other people's resources like their friends circle. In fact, in the video during our launch below, I spoke about my own referral rewards apart from the own built into distriator. Watch it.
