Hello monochromatic #Hive friends!... I've been very adept lately to take long walks in the countryside around my hometown and I've taken advantage of these pleasant hours to capture a lot of macro shots... But that doesn't mean that I've stopped taking other kinds of pictures!... The countryside is a visually diverse place as we all know; there you can find hundreds of interesting scenes to capture with the camera and then have fun on the PC processing these in black and white. So today I bring to share with you some of these recent photos...

¡Hola amigos monocromáticos en #Hive!... He estado últimamente muy adepto a hacer largas caminatas en los espacios campestres alrededor de mi pueblo y he aprovechado estas horas placenteras para hacer muchas fotos macro... ¡Pero eso no significa que he parado de hacer otro tipo de fotografías!... El campo es un lugar con una diversidad visual como todos sabemos; allí se pueden encontrar cientos de escenas interesantes para capturar con la cámara y luego divertirse en la PC procesando estas en blanco y negro. Así que hoy trago para compartir con ustedes algunas de estas fotos recientes...

All these photos were taken with a Nikon AF Nikkor 50mm f/1.8d FX lens, this is a cheap and robust optical piece, with a great capacity to " swallow all the light around"... Besides it weighs almost nothing and allows me to take photos of almost any kind!... For example, in the photo 📷 01 this beautiful bull came close to me and I was able to take this portrait which I found fascinating... A few meters further I was able to capture the landscape with the herd of sheep grazing in the photo 📷 02 and "luminically complicated" photos like 📷 03 and 📷 04 are quite manageable with this lens... And look at that wire fence photographed with aperture F1.8 in photo 📷 05!... Don't you find it charming?... Yes indeed, it's a lot I can do carrying just this little lens on my camera.... Never mind that it makes me walk back and forth more than I should, because I'm my own zoom when I use it!... ;)

Todas estas fotos fueron hechas con un lente Nikon AF Nikkor 50 mm f/1.8d FX, esta es una pieza óptica barata,robusta y con una gran capacidad para "engullir toda la luz que haya alrededor"... ¡Además no pesa casi nada y me permite hacer fotos casi de cualquier tipo!.. Por ejemplo, en la foto 📷 01 ese lindo toro se me acercó y pude hacerle este retrato el cual me pareció fascinante... Pocos metros más allá pude captar el paisaje con ovejas pastando de la foto 📷 02 y fotos "lumínicamente complicadas" como 📷 03 y 📷 04 resultan bastante gestionables con este lente... ¡Y miren esa alambrada fotografiada con apertura F1.8 en la foto 📷 05!... ¿No les parece encantadora?... Sí, ciertamente, es mucho lo que puedo hacer llevando solo este pequeño lente en mi cámara... ¡No importa que me haga caminar hacia delante y hacia atrás más de la cuenta, pues soy mi propio zoom cuando lo uso!...

Because I was using my 50mm lens combined with a Raynox close-up lens on this day, the ISO and aperture settings had more to do with my intention to shoot macro. But, such is the flexibility of that 50mm lens that, even shooting sometimes haphazardly and only removing the close-up lens, the results of the photos were quite acceptable in most cases... I even took some of these photos using manual focus!.... I can't deny that I have a lot of fun doing this kind of photographic incursions in the surrounding countryside...

Debido a que este día estuve usando mi lente 50mm combinado con una lentilla de acercamiento Raynox, los parámetros de configuración de ISO y apertura focal, tienen más que ver con mi intención de hacer fotos macro. Pero, tal es la flexibilidad de ese lente de 50mm qué, aún disparando a veces de manera azarosa y solo quitando la lentilla de acercamiento, los resultados de las fotos fueron bastante aceptables en la mayoría de los casos... ¡Incluso hice muchas de estas fotos usando enfoque manual!... No puedo negar que me divierto un montón haciendo este tipo de incursiones fotográficas en los campos aledaños...

_{ADDITIONAL TECHNICAL NOTE: Photographs captured with my Nikon D7000 DSLR camera in RAW format, then processed in Adobe Camera RAW for adjustments regarding light, sharpening, contrast and depth... They were then exported to JGP format on which minor modifications such as straightening and adding watermarks were carried out using PhotoScape 3.6.3.}
