I could feel the soreness coming when the day got started given the workout session yesterday. As it was getting worse quickly, I went straight to the local gym before work got busy to get a cardio workout on the treadmill. However, I didn’t keep it slow as I jogged for half hour at a good pace and then walked for another half hour to get the legs going.
Before leaving the gym, I got a quick circuit workout in for my core before I cooldown too much. This allowed me to focus on work and then recovery in the afternoon. It was good to accomplish things early today as I could focus on a good amount of items in the evening as I get ready for the weekend soon.
