Hace un mes aproximadamente, fui al Meetup de Dosis Web3 en Caracas, y después de una tarde amena y divertida, teníamos que regresar de vuelta a Valencia. Pero antes queríamos comer algo rico en Caracas, y entre pastichos y hamburguesas, tuvimos que decidirnos por las hamburguesas de este sitio llamado Caracas Pork ubicado en los Palos Grandes.
Este sitio está especializado en comida a base de cerdo, pero yo no soy muy fanática del cerdo a menos que sea tocino o chuleta ahumada. Así que me pedí una hamburguesa con carne de res que igual estaba increíble.
Lo delicioso de este sitio, además de ser muy pintoresco, es que todo lo preparan en este restaurante, incluyendo el pan brioche que también estaba muy rico. No le tomé fotos a las papas fritas porque lo olvidé, además llegaron antes de la hamburguesas y me las devoré.

About a month ago, I went to the Dosis Web3 Meetup in Caracas, and after a nice and fun afternoon, we had to go back to Valencia. But first we wanted to eat something delicious in Caracas, and between pastichos and hamburgers, we had to decide for the burgers of this place called Caracas Pork located in Los Palos Grandes.
This place specializes in pork-based food, but I'm not a big fan of pork unless it's bacon or smoked pork chop. So I ordered a beef burger that was still amazing.
The delicious thing about this place, besides being very picturesque, is that everything is prepared in this restaurant, including the brioche bread which was also very tasty. I didn't take pictures of the fries because I forgot, and they arrived before the burgers and I devoured them.
