After a long nap, I was having a faint headache but I don't know why. I usually feel better whenever I have a good rest. Maybe I only needed some fresh air so I went outside for a walk. I also went to the gym to do my workout routine.
The good rest that I got has recharged me and I felt motivated to even go for a quick jog. Good night Actifiters!
