Hola amigos de #SWC .El día de ayer realice una rutina de plancha, llevaba rato sin entrenar estáticos de esta manera ya que me e intentado concentrar más en el freestyler.
Pero también es necesario entrenar tu parte débil, en mi caso los estáticos, ya que como e dicho en otras publicaciones mi meta es ser mas completo, después de hacer la rutina termine haciendo negativas de straddle.
