Don’t be so negative!

One of my favorite teachers in high school told us that one of the main reasons why we are negative is because people are afraid of being despised by others, in a way I agree with my teacher because certainly we are negative when we feel that we do not meet certain characteristics that society imposes on us.

When we act negatively, we are basically externalizing our fear of not being loved by others and the apprehension that negative consequences may befall us, and that is a complete mistake, or rather a wrong appreciation of life.

Don't be so negative, there will always be a life ahead and the best way to live it is to see the positive side of everything that surrounds us, living implies being in emotional and spiritual balance.
