Así es como un día se convierte en extraordinario, empiezo haciendo mis prácticas de nuevos hábitos los cuales son: despertar temprano, bañarme, preparar mi desayuno, prepararme mi amado café, leer unas páginas de un libro, ir al gym que no puede faltar y así tengo el resto de día libre para hacer lo que ya he organizado el día anterior, si tengo que trabajo que hacer ya tengo el resto del día libre para hacer todas las cosas que ya tengo planificadas.
Es bueno destacar que tomar la decisión de despertar temprano y hacer cosas más temprano de lo que solía hacerlas me ha funcionado para tener más tiempo, para organizarme mejor y hasta me siento mejor y con más energía de hacerlas de esa manera, todo es progresivamente, lo más importante es empezar el día de hoy en cualquier cosa que decidas emprender o empezar, siempre tomando en cuenta la disciplina es la base de todo éxito.
