Good evening parents of this great community, I hope you are very well, today I want to share with you my most recent experience with my little ones at the beach.
For several months I had wanted to take Alys and Abby to the beach because my oldest daughter was very insistent that she wanted to know it, so I brought them to one, at that time for me it seemed a real challenge to be aware of the two to have the best of the experience and a good memory, so I went with reinforcements (my mom and my sister) to be well aware of the two and could fully enjoy the short trip.
We left early from the Maracaibo Lake Terminal in a bus to the Muelle del Moján in the municipality of Mara I decided not to leave by ferry directly from this point because it is a long journey in lake waters, the girls on the way were very well behaved and were quiet while they had some tequeños for breakfast, avoid giving them much water at that time because there would be a bathroom to pee when we arrived at the San Carlos Peninsula between Lake Maracaibo and the Gulf of Venezuela which is where the beach I chose was located.
Once we completed our journey to the Moján and from this point by ferry to San Carlos, when we arrived at the beach, we went to the bathroom, I applied sunscreen to the girls and then the fun began immediately they began to play with sand, Abby had sand in her hair while Alys tried to build a castle with her hands and also collected shells from the sea as she says.
They were very excited to go into the water, but Abby was nervous to go for a swim like this after her first swim she preferred to walk and point at the waves from far away from the shore, Alys on the other hand was playing on the shore and made new friends and went to clean the shells from the sea and brought a few back home.
During our day at the beach, they were well hydrated with water, I also brought soda, cookies and chocolate cereal I know it is a lot of sugar but because of the salty water it is preferable to choose this for their consumption because salty foods do not allow them to quench their thirst at any time, We also brought homemade Chinese rice so they could have lunch, I just didn't bring the life jackets but I know we will use them in the next occasion, although to be honest Alys didn't move from the shore although I didn't stop looking at her for a moment and Abby preferred to play with the sand.
It was a different and fun experience, it was good to get out of my comfort zone as a mother since I always go to the beach without the girls but they also deserve to live these moments since they are little, to feel the sand on their feet and the waves while playing on the shore, although I don't know if they will remember it in the future I will never forget our first time together at the beach and that we brought a lot of sand to get out of their heads.

Buenas noches padres y madres de ésta gran comunidad, deseo se encuentren muy bien, hoy quiero compartirles mi más reciente experiencia con mis pequeñas en la playa.
Desde hace varios meses había querido llevar a Alys y Abby a conocer la playa porque mi hija mayor estaba muy insistente en que quería conocerla, así que las traje a una, en ese momento para mi parecía un verdadero reto estar al pendiente de las dos para que tuvieran la mejor de la experiencia y un buen recuerdo, así que me fuí con refuerzos (mi mamá y mi hermana) para poder estar bien al pendiente de las dos y pudieran disfrutar a plenitud el viaje corto.
Salimos temprano desde el Terminal Lacustre de Maracaibo en un bus hasta el Muelle del Moján en el municipio Mara decidí no salir en ferry directamente desde este punto ya que es un recorrido largo en aguas del lago, las niñas en el camino se portaron muy bien y estuvieron tranquilas mientras desayunaban algunos tequeños, evite darles mucha agua en ese momento ya que habría un baño para poder hacer pipí cuando llegáramos a la Península de San Carlos entre el Lago de Maracaibo y el Golfo de Venezuela que es donde se encontraba la playa que elegí.
Una vez que completamos nuestro recorrido hasta el Moján y desde este punto en ferry hasta San Carlos, cuando llegamos a la playa, fuimos al baño, le aplique protector solar a las niñas y luego empezó la diversión inmediatamente se pusieron a jugar con arena, Abby tenía de la misma hasta en su cabello en cambio Alys intentaba armar un castillo con sus manos y también recolectaba caracolas del mar como dice ella.
Estaban muy emocionadas de ir hacia el agua, pero Abby estaba nerviosa al darse un baño así después de darse el primer baño ella prefería caminar y señalar las olas desde lejos de la orilla, Alys en cambio estuvo jugando en la orilla hizo nuevos amiguitos e iba a limpiar de cada rato las conchas del mar y se trajo unas cuantas a la casa.
Durante nuestro día en la playa, estuvieron bien hidratadas con agua, también llevé refresco, galletas y cereal de chocolate se que es mucho azúcar pero por el agua salada es preferible elegir esto para su consumo porque los alimentos salados no les permiten saciar la sed en ningún momento, también llevamos arroz chino casero para que pudieran almorzar, solo me faltaron llevar los salvavidas pero se que en un próxima ocasión los emplearemos aunque para ser sincera Alys no se movía de la orilla aunque yo no dejaba de mirala ni un instante y Abby prefería jugar con la arena.
Fue una experiencia diferente y divertida, fue bueno salir de mi zona de confort como madre ya que siempre voy a la playa sin las niñas pero ellas también merecen vivir estos momentos desde pequeñas, de sentir la arena en sus pies y las olas mientras juegan en la orilla, aunque no se si en el futuro lo recuerden yo nunca olvidaré nuestra primera vez juntas en la playa y que trajimos mucha arena que sacar de sus cabecitas.
