On Monday, before lunch, I went for a 20-minute walk on the treadmill. Although I often make plans to walk after lunch, I usually end up not doing it. However, today I was determined to walk, and, Alhamdulillah, I was successful in walking before lunch. This helped me surpass 10,000 steps for the day.
Today at the office, I consulted with a total of 39 patients in my chamber, making it an average busy day at work. There was one emergency case: a worker arrived with an injury to his right eye, which had blood in the anterior chamber (located behind the cornea). I referred him to a higher medical center for further treatment.
Today I skipped morning sleep as well as afternoon nap. It happened after a long time I guess! It has become a habit to sleep in the morning or afternoon or both times.
