This time, I am sharing with you my experience at Billys restaurant, the specialty of this place are hamburgers, the truth is that I am not a fan of hamburgers, perhaps because I have not yet been able to find a hamburger that has a spectacular flavor. My daughter had had the opportunity to eat at Billys, but she had ordered a hot dog and she loved it! Our plans were to take advantage of the offer that day, which consisted of a combo of four hamburgers, with fries and a soda for the price of 14 dollars. The girl who served us told us that the size of the hamburgers were small, she used the palm of her hand as an example, when I opened my hands I was sure that I would be VERY hungry haha! We decided to order a portion of "family" fries with melted cheese, it seemed a little expensive, but the girl told us that the size was generous and enough for 4 people. The decoration of the place is super cute, in the whole area you can see different types of attractions, which you can use with some coins that they give you, I thought it was great for the children to be distracted while they wait for the order or just to have a super fun time, although it is also for adults because my children spent a good time playing with the machines and strategy games. The place has several rooms, my daughter usually uses the terrace that is on the first floor, since it is more private and cozy, we decided to sit at the tables that are located outdoors. We all took advantage of ordering crispy chicken burgers, when our order arrived it looked exquisite, but when I took my first bite I felt the chicken was excessively crispy, super uncomfortable for the gums. I loved the quality and texture of the bread, the burger had sweet salad with sesame seeds that made a very exotic contrast. As for the fries, they were perfectly salted, but they arrived lukewarm and you couldn't enjoy their crunchy texture. If I had to rate the burger I would give it a 3 out of 10. I wouldn't go back to this restaurant, maybe I would visit them to enjoy the ice creams that cost 1 dollar and they give you coffee for free... En ésta ocasión, comparto con ustedes como fue mi experiencia en el Restaurante Billys, la especialidad de éste local son las hamburguesas, la verdad que no soy fanática de las hamburguesas, quizás porque todavía NO he podido encontrar una hamburguesa que tenga un sabor espectacular. Mi hija había ya había tenido la oportunidad de comer en Billys, pero había pedido un combo de "perro caliente" y le había encantado! En nuestros planes estaba aprovechar la oferta de ese día, que consistía en un combo de cuatro hamburguesas, con papas y refresco por el precio de 14 dólares. La chica que nos atendió nos comentó que el tamaño de las hamburguesas eran pequeñas, puso de ejemplo la palma de la mano, cuando abrí mis manos tuve la certeza de que YO quedaría con MUCHA hambre jaja! Decidimos pedir una ración de papas fritas "familiares" con queso fundido, nos pareció un poco costoso, pero la empleada nos comentó que el tamaño era abundante y alcanzaba para 4 personas. La decoración del lugar es super linda, en toda el área puedes observar diferentes tipos de atracciones, que puedes utlizar con unas monedas que te dan, me pareció genial para que los niños se distraigan mientras esperan el pedido o simplemente para pasar un rato super divertido, aunque también es para adultos porque mis hijos estuvieron un buen rato jugando con las maquinitas y con los juegos de estrategia. El local tiene varios ambientes, mi hija suele utilizar la terraza que está en el primer piso, ya que es más privada y acogedora, nosotros decidimos sentarnos en las mesas que están ubicadas al aire libre. Todos aprovechamos de pedir hamburguesas de pollo crocante, al llegar nuestra orden lucía exquisito, pero cuando di mi primer bocado sentí el pollo excesivamente crujiente, super incómodo para las encías. La calidad y textura del pan me encantó, la hamburguesa tenía ensalada dulce con semillas de sésamo que hacía un contraste muy exótico. En cuanto a las papas estaban en su punto perfecto de sal, pero llegaron tibias y no se podía disfrutar su textura crocante. Si tuviera que evaluar la hamburguesa le daría un 3 de 10, la verdad que no regresaría a este restaurante, quizás mi visita sería para disfrutar de los helados que valen 1 dólar y te regalan el café...
