¡Hola amigos lectores! Espero que hayan tenido un hermoso comienzo de año. Hoy me gustaría compartirles mis mejores lecturas del año pasado porque siempre me gusta hacer esos balances de fin de año.
Hello fellow readers! I hope you had a beautiful start of the year. Today I'd like to share with you my best reads of the past year because I always like to do those year-end balance sheets.
No suelo puntuar los libros cuando subo mis reseñas, pero sí lo hago de forma personal y cuando los coloco en Goodreads. Es más que nada para recordar lo que me hicieron sentir en ese momento. Generalmente no suelo dar malos puntajes porque me gusta rescatar lo bueno de cada una de mis lecturas, el puntaje más bajo que pongo es 3⭐️, y este año puse muchos de 4⭐️. Pero hubo 5 de ellos que lograron traspasar mi corazón y contener todo aquello que buscaba en ese momento cuando decidí adentrarme en sus páginas y por eso les puse las tan maravillosa 5⭐️, además del título de mis mejores lecturas del 2024 y acá se los presento.
I don't usually rate books when I upload my reviews, but I do personally and when I post them on Goodreads. It's mostly to remember how they made me feel at the time. I don't usually give bad scores because I like to rescue the good in each of my reads, the lowest score I put up is 3⭐️, and this year I put up a lot of 4⭐️. But there were 5 of them that managed to pierce my heart and contain everything I was looking for at that moment when I decided to delve into its pages and that is why I gave them the wonderful 5⭐️, in addition to the title of my best readings of 2024 and here I present them to you.
El pecador de Oxford de la autora Mar Petryk
Este es un thriller que me mantuvo cautivada durante toda la lectura. Tiene esa combinación perfecta de momentos de tensión, misterio y el toque de romance que siempre espero en mis lecturas aunque este género no sea tanto sobre eso. Una lectura muy atrapante y más que recomendada por mi parte.
The Oxford Sinner by author Mar Petryk
This is a thriller that kept me captivated throughout the entire read. It has that perfect combination of tense moments, mystery and the touch of romance that I always look forward to in my reads even though this genre is not so much about that. A very gripping read and more than recommended by me.
Casa de flama y sombra de la autora Sarah j maas
Este es el final de una trilogía que amo como lo es Ciudad medialuna. Le tenía un poco de miedo porque conozco a la autora y sus giros de tramas, pero al final resultó mejor de lo esperado, con mucha emoción y momentos geniales, además de que pasó todo lo que hubiera querido, así que puedo decir que fue un gran cierre de trilogía por lo que se merece estar en esta lista.
House of Flame and Shadow by author Sarah j maas
This is the end of a trilogy that I love as is Crescent City. I was a little afraid of it because I know the author and her plot twists, but in the end it turned out better than expected, with a lot of emotion and great moments, plus everything I would have wanted happened, so I can say it was a great trilogy closure so it deserves to be on this list.

Una historia cautivadora y emocionante sobre los montes del bello norte de mi país. Amores de todo tipo, traiciones y momentos de tensión extrema que me hicieron enamorarme de este libro y la pluma de su escritora. Muy buenos giros de trama. La verdad es que disfruté muchísimo de esta historia, fue un 10/10 sin lugar a dudas.
Lady mencha by author Fabiana Faisal
A captivating and exciting story about the mountains of the beautiful north of my country. Loves of all kinds, betrayals and moments of extreme tension that made me fall in love with this book and the pen of its writer. Very good plot twists. The truth is that I really enjoyed this story, it was a 10/10 without a doubt.

Una ficción histórica que me dejó completamente enamorada. Unos romances de los que hace mucho no leía y una historia profunda que hizo vibrar mi corazón y amar más este suelo patrio en el que nací. Deseo de todo corazón que este libro pueda ser leído por muchas personas.
The Murmur of the Ladies by author Andrea Loren
A historical fiction that left me completely in love. Some romances that I haven't read in a long time and a deep story that made my heart vibrate and love more this homeland where I was born. I wish with all my heart that this book can be read by many people.
Las brujas de Belie de la autora Marta Santés
Una de mis últimas lecturas, con una trama que transcurre en dos tiempos distintos y nos habla sobre los prejuicios y las segundas oportunidades. Me encantó conocer esta bella historia, tan tierna y profunda a la vez. Quedé muy enamorada del desenlace y hacía mucho que un libro no me emocionaba hasta las lágrimas. Una lectura recomendable.
The witches of Belie by author Marta Santés
One of my latest reads, with a plot that takes place in two different times and tells us about prejudice and second chances. I loved getting to know this beautiful story, so tender and deep at the same time. I was very much in love with the denouement and it had been a long time since a book moved me to tears. A highly recommended read.
Bueno amigos, estas fueron mis mejores lecturas. Por supuesto que subí reseña de todas ellas, por eso no ahondé mucho en sus tramas. Espero que les haya gustado y me encantaría que me cuenten cuáles fueron sus mejores libros, mangas o comics del 2024.
