Australia Has A Cultural Affiliation With A Bunnings Sausage

Australia Has A Cultural Affiliation With A Bunnings Sausage but today we're going to look at a healthier option. Now we're not knocking the old faithful snag from bunnings as they're a great way to support local charities and community groups. But sausages are some of the most highly processed meats that aren't the best for you.

Now that InLeo has opened the door to all things, we're going to be including some of my VALLONE health and fitness into the community to attract more people.

Today we're off season so we're using Lamb a meat I typically avoid while shredding as it is high in cholesterol so when I am cutting I tend to use beef.

Here's the recipe below, make sure to follow along because if you do, I promise I will share a great Italian recipe for Cacciatore Sausages.

    Beef Kofta Recipe Ingredients
    700g Beef Mince
    2 teaspoons salt
    2 teaspoons onion powder
    2 teaspoons ground coriander
    2 teaspoons ground cumin
    2 teaspoons paprika
    1 teaspoon ground turmeric
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    1 Large egg
1/2 cup finely chopped fresh continental parsley
    Method
    Step 1:

Place all the ingredients in a large enough bowl and mix until everything is combined.

    Step 2:

Scoop up large golf ball size scoops of the mixture and roll them out until they are long. Pass Skewers through the meat and compress onto the skewer to ensure meat stays on.

    Step 3:

Heat a large frypan, drizzle olive oil and cook each side for 2 – 3 minutes until brown.
