I tell you my experience in the "Trocaderos" Restaurant.
Some time ago, I had passed by this place but I didn't really know it was a restaurant, because I must confess that at first glance, I thought it was a butcher shop haha. So recently I came across a story on Instagram from a friend who also lives on Margarita Island and it looked really but really good the food dish, so curious I get into the place he tagged and it turns out that is the one I always thought it was butcher shop, so I decided to go to know the place, because very few places here on Margarita Island, you get fried pork, in fact, their specialty is pork, although they sell many things more like: soup plates (4$ dollars with arepa and huge the bowl), they also sell fried cochino, portions of chicharrón, chicks, cheese, black pudding, chorizo, soups, cachapas, empanadas, etc. But, I was only going for my portion of pork and a pork ceviche that was highly recommended in social networks (it was not bad, but I'll stick with my fried pork with salt and that's it xD), besides I asked for a portion of cheese and the girl told me: the 100gr that you are asking for pork already brings 2 contours and I: Ah, look! Then she brought me my portion of 100gr of pork with cheese and avocado (well Keto style actually) and to my biggest surprise, it was great!!!. The place is a patio of a house, nothing fancy, but with a super good attention and food 10 out of 10, after that day I went back 2 more times, because if they were right in the networks: It is very good the pork there. They let pets in or so it was that day I took my Luna and they didn't say anything, in fact they gave her meat and they were all happy with Luna, she is always the center of attention and well, I let her be :D.

Les cuento mi experiencia en el Restaurante “Trocaderos”
Hace un tiempo atrás, había pasado por este lugar pero en realidad no sabía que era un restaurante, porque debo confesar que a simple vista, pensé en que era una carnicería jaja. Así que recientemente me topé con una historia en Instagram de un amigo que también vive en la Isla de Margarita y se veía muy pero muy bueno el plato de comida, así que de curiosa me meto en el lugar que etiquetó y resulta que es el que siempre pensé que era carnicería, por lo que decidí ir a conocer el lugar, ya que muy pocos sitios aquí en la isla de Margarita, se consigue cochino frito, de hecho, su especialidad es cochino, aunque venden muchas cosas más como: platos de sopa (4$ dólares con arepa y enorme el tazón), también venden cochino frito, raciones de chicharrón, pollitos, queso, morcilla, chorizo, sopas, cachapas, empanadas, etc. Pero, yo solo iba por mi ración de cochino y un ceviche de cochino que lo recomendaban mucho en redes sociales (no estaba mal, pero me quedo con mi cochino frito con sal y ya xD), aparte pedí una ración de queso y la chica me dice: los 100gr que estás pidiendo de cochino ya trae 2 contornos y yo: Ah, mira! Entonces me trajo mi ración de 100gr de cochino con queso y aguacate (bien estilo Keto en realidad) y para mi mayor sorpresa, estaba buenísimo!!. El sitio es un patio de una casa, nada de lujo, pero con una atención súper buena y la comida 10 de 10, luego de ese día volví a ir 2 veces más, porque si tenían razón en las redes: Es muy bueno el cochino de ahí. Dejan pasar a mascotas o así fue ese día que llevé a mi Luna y no me dijeron nada, de hecho le dieron carne y estaban todos contentos con Luna, siempre suele ser el centro de atención y bueno, yo la dejo ser :D.
100% recomendado este lugar al que le guste el cochino!
