It's my post to @detlev's weekly BeerSaturday Challenge Week 361 ... 361! Always I'm amazed how long it continues when I see the week number.
After I started participating in Beer Saturday, I look for a new beer to write infront of beer shelves at stores 😂 This time I decided to try a gluten free beer made of millet.
After successful market day, now it's time for beer 🍻 I poured it in a glass with great enthusiasm, but again, no bubbles 😭 Never mind, taste matters.
It looks like apple juice.
When you drink it...it's not beer! But it tastes like beer, with a bitter and sour taste, kind of to my taste. Bitter and alcoholic apple juice? If I had gluten allergy, it would be an option.
It was cloudy but warm, so I went out to my micro balcony and enjoyed it while seeing plants. Hehe, you may see two new ones in the left of the photo. They are from the local market I have my stand once a month. I will write about them in my garden journal tomorrow on Hive Garden.
For the beer accompany, I decided on tortilla chips that were in the kitchen. I picked these up and next time I would like to buy a Corona beer and a lime, and have a Mexican beer night.

Beer Saturdayに参加するようになってお店でビールの棚を見ると、ネタ探しをするようになってしまいました 😂 何か新しいネタはないかとキョロキョロ・・・今回はグルテンフリーのビールにチャレンジすることにしました。
マーケットでの出店を無事終えて、いくぜ晩酌タイム 🍻 気合を入れてグラスに注いだものの今回も泡が出ませんでした。
リンゴジュースみたいに見えます。
飲んでみると・・・ビールじゃない！でもビールのような、苦味と酸味のある、なんというか好みの分かれる味です。苦みがあってアルコール入りのリンゴジュース？私は小麦アレルギーになったらアリかなという感じで、なくはないです。
曇り空ですが暖かったのでバルコニーで楽しみました。
おつまみは台所にあったトルティーヤチップスにしました。これを選んで次回はコロナとライムを買ってメキシコビール祭りもいいななんて。
