You know there's this thing call tension, examination tension. This feeling keep coming as if it's the first time you going to write exams, through out our lives we have written exams but when ever the word exams is mentioned the tension came.
I can't believe the messed up I did yesterday at the exams venue, yesterday was our final exam (GST) that's communication in English, general studies (course) for all the students.
As the law of education demand, you have to read and study past questions to show yourself approve (ready), little did I know what I will see there will be future questions , I would have spent more time studying course outline instead of past questions.
Here comes the worst experience
I don't know if I should be sharing this or not cause it's so embarrassing, I felt so ashamed right now, I can't believe I messed up on little thing like this.
I was given a sit, just the computer and I, was asked to type in my details and password which I did and the questions came up.
I started answering the question and here comes this particular question; Which of these is a personal letter
a) informal b) formal c) semiformal d) writing
Then the next question; Which of these is an official letter
a) informal b) semiformal c) formal
I still can't believe I fail question as easy as this, like how was I unable to differentiate between formal and informal letter, something that was taught in primary and secondary school.
I got mixed up, choosing formal instead of informal and choosing informal instead of formal.
All these are questions that a children in primary school knows the right answer to it but I messed it up.
So annoying none of the questions I studied from the past questions appear, every questions there were new and the answers were not even found in our notes.
And I end up failing the only simple one that was familiar 😩
I felt bad when find out I picked the wrong answer.
it's was the worst experience I had in my exams so far.
I need to stop this examination tension before it's leads to my failure.
