So just like we usually connect as a group to shop over here in my city Aba,Abia state, Nigerian; the SHOKiN day 4 meetup happened today and I was really excited to go, lemme tell you why. It's been quite a while I haven't really hung out with my hive friends due to so many life engagements here and there, so the moment our local guide announced the a meetup was going to happen, I just couldn't wait and secondly, it was a restaurant and what better feeling could there be than connecting with friends over food?
Anyway we all headed over to Classic Kitchen, the space was really very classy and you know? Very demure. It was a really hot day, I couldn't even take my pictures without squinting and I was almost sweating. Thankfully the AC was working really well, instant chill, I loved it. There wasn't really any customer in the space upstairs so we got the whole place to ourselves, taking more pictures and having fun.
I loved the concept of having a flat screen playing some entertaining movies for us while we wait for our order. It kinda took long but we forgive them because we came all at once, it won't really be easy getting everyone's order at the same time with few staff working. But in the end we got our food and it was everything. However, some of the meals weren't ready at the time we got there and I can't believe they didn't have ice cream or did I not hear right?

I love that the waiters were really cooperative and patient. We kept calling them to confirm a lot of things and they were really nice, did I forget? Their meals were really delicious and all the spice were at the right quantity. The native meals is what I'm planning to try out the next time I'll be going there as I didn't get a chance to try any of them today and I hope it'll be everything good I imagine it to be.
I had so much fun today in particular chilling with friends on a sunny Saturday, my fun weekend was secured. Few friends came right after I left for some urgent errands, I was sad I couldn't take pictures with them but it's fine as long as we all spent some HBD today because that's the most important.
Oh did I forget? It was a very smooth transaction paying for the food. The network coverage was really good at first until more and more people started coming and the traffic became heavier making the internet slower but anyways we all ate, paid and we were all happy in the end. So here's to another successful SHOKiN, I can't wait for subsequent ones.
