I remember when I was much younger. Then, I was so much in a haste to become an adult but today, being an adult is a hell of work and sometimes, I wish to go back to babyhood again. Adulthood is full of lack of sleep especially when you have things you have to achieve. I’ve gotten to the adulthood stage and I want to testify to you that there is little or no sleep in the lives of adults.
How often do I rest?
Rest? Well, I’m not a machine so I have to rest but I only rest when I’m asleep. When I’m not asleep, I am either doing one thing or the other. I rarely get the chance to rest because I am either here writing online, trading Forex or attending to my customers at shop so resting is not something I get often.

How many hours do I sleep in 24hrs?
I sleep six out of twenty four hours. To me, it’s a lot and long hours of sleep because by the time I wake up, I will feel relieved and recharged so I’ll have time for all of my tasks whenever I wake up.
Do you feel six hours sleep is too small or normal for adults?
Is the sleep quality or quantity over quality?
Once I want to sleep, I always make sure not to think about anything that will bother me. Also, I always make sure that I sleep in a very conducive environment which gives me a quality sleep. That’s one of the best ways in which I sleep well. In a nutshell, I always have quality sleep over quantity sleep.

What’s that thing that is inhibiting you from getting adequate sleep?
It’s just money. Everyday of my life, I am mostly or always doing anything that is related to money. If it is not money, you will never find me there. So the fact that I want to make money is usually the reason why I always have a short and inadequate sleep.
If I had an opportunity, will I cut it off?
No! Money will always be needed so I will never cut it off. I will always want to make money and if it happens because of inadequate sleep, I’ll always take it that way.
