Nier Autómata
Number two, although doubtful of her ability to lead, accepts the position of captain and orders to go to Mount Calá. Her new role requires her to remain calm and pragmatic, but she is too emotional to abandon the wounded androids.
This makes her path difficult. At one point, number two is able to appreciate the beauty of the earth and allows herself to breathe, although the death of the android she carries on her back breaks this moment. Her companions try to reason with number two. They did not survive, they cling to not leaving them behind until the machines make an appearance, which forces them to accept reality.
The abysmal amount of machines forces the squad to escape. They try to communicate with the bunker, but they have no answer. In the midst of the chaos, they come across the resistance and to their surprise they observe how the group, with incredible organization, eliminates all the machines in the area. Number two sees with relief Rose, the leader of the resistance. Maybe she is the guide he needs to learn to lead.
At first I was disappointed by the CGI, which showed the textures of the anime to be very mechanized. But those details in the CGI are compensated by the excellent plot, the development of the characters and, fundamentally, the soundtrack, which is literally the same as in the video game. It's worth seeing. And you also learn a lot about PHILOSOPHY. Nihilism, edifying existentialism, rationalism, relativism
It is one of the best animes ever made adapting a video game, like Nier Automata, simply a masterpiece, I have no words to express what I feel every time I enter the world of Nier. A love letter to art.
