This week was very busy for me, a lot happened at Hive that involved me, among them I can describe that I had the segment “time” increased and I applied a lot to “network”, to engage and interact on different fronts, whether in long posts, Threads or on X (Former Twitter). The summary for this is that I was able to read a lot, a lot: thanks, complaints, ideas and reflections and with all of this I was able to notice something interesting.
The phrase “you need to rebuild yourself” and its meaning has certainly been addressed at some point to you, my dear reader, at some point in your life and here at Hive it couldn't be any different. The point of attention that I understood today was something that points to this direction, that we need to destroy some concepts and build others on top of them, that is, to reconstruct ourselves in mental terms.
Hive is a Blockchain or a Social Network in a simpler way, which allows us to acquire resources through posts, where we receive votes and everything else, there are of course countless other opportunities that we can take advantage of and thus put together a strategy to grow and stand out, but we need to enter this forest carefully, with the willingness to understand that much of what we think is right is actually not so right and, at the same time, we cannot consider it wrong either.
What I mean by this?
To try to make it easier, I created 3 points that I think would be interesting for people to read and reflect on, to better understand what it would be like to rebuild.
Convictions
You need to be careful with your convictions. It's great when we know exactly what we want and think, but to do this, we also need to know that this may not only bring good things, other people also have their convictions cemented and with that, there may be disagreements and frustrations. In short, we need to be flexible with people and their ideas, as well as with any and all information that Hive or life can offer us.
Open Mind
Maybe this point is very similar to convictions, but I want to put it as a different topic, because I believe that we need to have an open mind to learn and understand new things and as said at the beginning of this post, learning is often basically destroying something that you I thought I had control and with that built a new idea, a new understanding, so having an open mind to receive new information is a very important point in this context.
Acceptance
Finally, accepting that some things change, others don't, some will work and others simply won't work and if even so we still keep trying the same thing, with the hope of different results, for me this is one of the faces of madness. If you always do something the same way, in theory (and perhaps, in practice) you will always have the same result, so things will not change. Accepting that your way is not the most effective and that you can change that and not consider this change the end of the world, is one of the ways to rebuild yourself.
It's complex, we know that, but as I mentioned at the beginning, reading several posts and threads, I realized that people here are very focused on creating a “manual on how to make things work” and unfortunately I think that doesn't exist, so you need to rather destroy and build at all times, adapting to what Hive can direct you and this is no different in our lives.
We need to reflect on our ideas and actions and thus seek new paths, new trails in this immense forest of content, people, choices, things, elements, etc. We think that doing this is bad, that we are weak or fearful, but no, quite the opposite, this is courage, this is humility in seeking evolution and understanding that sometimes we need to break, destroy everything and build a new, better version and more incredible of ourselves.

Essa semana foi bem movimentada para mim, muita coisa aconteceu na Hive que me envolveu, dentre elas posso descrever que tive o segmento “tempo” elevado e apliquei bastante em “network”, para assim engajar e interagir por diversas frentes, sejam ela nos posts longos, Threads ou no X (Antigo Twitter). O resumo para isso é que pude ler muita coisa, muita coisa mesmo: agradecimentos, reclamações, ideias e reflexões e com tudo isso pude perceber algo interessante.
A frase “é preciso se reconstruir” e o seu sentido com certeza já foi abordado em algum momento para você, meu caro leitor em algum momento da sua vida e aqui na Hive não teria como ser diferente. O ponto de atenção que compreendi hoje foi algo que aponta para esse rumo, que precisamos destruir alguns conceitos e construir outros em cima deles, ou seja, se reconstruir na questão mental.
A hive é uma Blockchain ou uma Rede Social de forma mais simples, que nos permite adquirir recursos por meio de postagens, onde recebemos votos e tudo mais, existem claro inúmeras outras oportunidades que podemos aproveitar e assim montar uma estratégia para crescer e se destacar, mas é preciso adentrar nesta floresta com cuidado, com a disposição de compreender que muito do que achamos ser o certo, na verdade, não é tão certo assim e, ao mesmo tempo, não podemos considerar como errado também.
O que quero dizer com isso?
Para tentar facilitar, elaborei 3 pontos que penso ser interessante para as pessoas lerem e refletirem, para entender melhor o que seria se reconstruir.
Convicções
É preciso ter cuidado com as suas convicções. É ótimo quando sabemos bem o que queremos e pensamos, mas para isso, é preciso saber também que isso pode não trazer somente coisas boas, outras pessoas também tem as suas convicções cimentadas e com isso, pode haver desentendimentos e frustrações. Em resumo, precisamos ser maleáveis com as pessoas e suas ideias, assim como com toda e qualquer informação que a Hive ou a vida possa nos oferecer.
Mente Aberta
Talvez esse ponto seja bem parecido com as convicções, mas quero colocar como um tópico diferente, pois acredito que precisamos ter a mente aberta para aprender e entender coisas novas e assim como dito no começo dessa postagem, aprender muitas vezes é basicamente destruir algo que você achava que tinha domínio e com isso construir uma nova ideia em cima, um novo entendimento, então, ter a mente aberta para receber novas informações é um ponto bem importante nesse contexto.
Aceitação
Por fim, aceitar que algumas coisas mudam, outra não, algumas irão dar certo e outras simplesmente não funcionarão e se mesmo assim ainda ficarmos tentando sempre o mesmo, com a esperança de resultados diferentes, para mim isso é uma das faces da loucura. Se você faz algo sempre de um mesmo jeito, na teoria (e talvez, na prática) você sempre terá o mesmo resultado, então, as coisas não irão mudar. Aceitar que o seu jeito não é o mais eficaz e que você pode mudar isso e não considerar essa mudança o fim do mundo, é uma das formas de se reconstruir.
É complexo, sabemos disso, mas como mencionei no começo, lendo várias postagens e threads, percebi que as pessoas aqui estão muito focadas em criar um “manual de como fazer as coisas darem certo” e infelizmente acho que isso não existe, então você precisa sim se destruir e construir a todo momento, se adaptando ao que a Hive pode te direcionar e isso não é diferente nas nossas vidas.
É preciso refletir em cima das nossas ideias e ações e assim buscar novos caminhos, novas trilhas nessa floresta imensa de conteúdo, pessoas, escolhas, coisas, elementos, etc. Somos de julgar que fazer isso é ruim, que somos fracos ou medrosos, mas não, muito pelo contrário, isso é coragem, isso é humildade em buscar a evolução e o entendimento que às vezes precisamos quebrar, destruir tudo e construir uma nova versão melhor e mais incrível de nós mesmos.
