Talking about Uber or booking a ride is something most of us do everyday, depending on our location. Honestly there are good experience about online rides and their services and of course I have encountered experience one of the worst experience with an Uber Rider, which really cost me a lot, however those are experience in life, meanwhile, in one way or the other we may have to involve those experiences. I love locations where I can easily book uber and go to my destination without stress or waiting for public transportation especially when I was working at Lagos. When I was working as a personal assistant to my boss I was actually leaving outside the company and there was a meeting we have to attend and he informed me on time to prepare business for the meeting which idea and was hoping to meet up on time so I booked this right an hour before the due time.
My hope for booking this right on times and I will definitely it's up with the appointment and turn up on time because I have to finish up a little thing that was necessary to do before the meeting but then they reverse became the case that I was literally waiting for the uber man to arrive and behold the man kept me waiting for some minutes I wanted to cancel the bot all of a sudden he showed up and I was like since you have showed up less start going apologize for being late on my own is to meet up with the appointment and the meeting as well so I have join him so we moved. Not up to good 25 km away from where I reside, the uber car broke down and it was in a midst of nowhere because we took a shortcut so I can that's what I meet up and I found it difficult to get a network as of that moment and I can't even book another bot. I was devastated and angry I have to wait for me to fix it because you promise it will not take time and after that we continue our journey till I reach my destination I paid him and I left knowing fully well I'm late for the meeting and I cannot even meet up with those arrangement again my boss was disappointed in me and he was angry as well.
What's actually with me a lot was that you missed that contract because of the lateness because the contract is one which everyone in that location was looking out for to get.. To be fair it really made me to go on a temporary suspension and from there I lost that job which was so painful to me and I have to change to another work which wasn't an easy one. However there are good experience and sweet experience which I have had with uber at least, it have helped me in many ways most especially during those work time yeah made my transportation easier comfortable. Just that it has to face but I think the advantage is bigger than the disadvantage just depending on which affect you first. Another can be the location can contribute to the outcome of uber service.
