At that time I was taking shelter in a place right on the side of the road while taking photos of the surrounding atmosphere.
The very heavy rain did not stop activities, many motorbike users continued to travel amidst the heavy rain.

There I saw a motorcyclist wearing a raincoat riding his motorbike under heavy rain.
Of course, during the rainy season, it is very easy for motorbikes to lose their balance, but driving technique is needed to avoid the risk of accidents.
