Wishing a very wonderful day to all my dear friends! How are you all doing?
Due to recent environmental changes, after days of rain, today we have strong sunlight. This intense heat has caused discomfort for many. In Homagama, where I live, there was a slight flood risk yesterday, though that situation has now subsided. So, in the meantime, I decided to make a tasty snack to enjoy. Pasta is a popular food enjoyed by many, and you can create a variety of dishes with it. I thought of making a delicious snack with pasta, which turned out to be incredibly easy to prepare and required only a few basic ingredients. After boiling the pasta, the preparation is quick and simple. This is an ideal snack to enjoy during a break or any relaxed moment, and it turns out crispy, similar to murukku. Since store-bought snacks often contain artificial flavors, let's take a look at how to make this delightful treat at home.
Materials Used.
100g of pasta of your choice.
2 Tablespoon of Wheat flour.
2 Tablespoon of Corn flour.
Pure coconut oil for frying.
Some water.
Taste raw salt powder.
1 Teaspoon of chili powder.
The cooking process as follows.
Now let’s explore how to make this delicious pasta snack.
First, take a pot and add water to it. Place the pot on the stove and bring the water to a boil. Once it’s boiling, add a teaspoon of salt and a tablespoon of coconut oil to the water. Add the pasta, stirring it into the water so it cooks evenly. After it’s well-cooked, remove the pot from the stove, drain the water, and set the pasta aside to cool.
Now, take another bowl and add some wheat flour and corn flour to it. Mix them well until evenly combined, then set the mixture aside.
Next, add a teaspoon of chili powder and a pinch of salt to the fried pasta pieces, mixing them well to coat evenly.
Next, add a teaspoon of chili powder and a pinch of salt to the fried pasta pieces, mixing them well to coat evenly.
So, this snack can be easily prepared and enjoyed during tea time, relaxing breaks, at the office, or even while traveling. It’s convenient to carry along and can be stored for about a week without losing its crispiness if properly packed. I hope you’ll try this out! That’s all for today; I’ll be signing off now. Until we meet again, have a wonderful day!
