Saludos queridos amigos de la comunidad SWC. En esta oportunidad compartire con ustedes un bello atardecer haciendo dinámicos y combinaciones.
Greetings dear friends of the community SWC. This time I will share with you a beautiful sunset doing dynamics and combinations.
Después del callo que me dejó los versus por modalidad, no pude entrenar por el callo que no me dejaba hacer absolutamente nada solo cardio, pero ya está mejor y empezó a hacer dinámicos ayer.
After the callus that left me versus by modality, I could not train because of the callus that did not let me do absolutely nothing but cardio, but it is better and started doing dynamics yesterday.
Bueno mis músculos y articulaciones están frías y por eso me cuesta hacer cosas como plancha y fron per ya pronto estaré recuperando. Me estoy enfocando también en el tren inferior con ejercicios explosivos para mejorar la fuerza y resistencia en las piernas.
Well my muscles and joints are cold and that's why it's hard for me to do things like plank and fron but I'll be recovering soon. I am also focusing on the lower body with explosive exercises to improve leg strength and endurance.
