It's the weekend again and it's time to explore this newly opened cafe in the neighborhood. Yes! You heard it right.
Since it's a weekend it means that It's mother and daughter time. My daughter is currently learning how to ride a bicycle which made this momma super proud as she only practiced for 2 days and now she's good to go. Since we live in a highly urbanized City where there a lot of vehicles, I cannot let my daughter ride her bike all by herself because it's a bit dangerous. So, I make sure to accompany her for an hour while she's riding her bicycle back and forth. Good thing that there's a spot near the cafe that she can freely bike with superivision and proper caution since it's a small road where vehicles passes by.
After an hour and since we were both thirsty we opted to stop by at Dragonfly Cafe. This cafe has a huge area where it can cater big groups and they also have alfresco dining. They have a beautiful and aesthetic interior that is intragramable. When we went inside we can see group of friends and some are studying inside the cafe with their laptops and books. Since the area is huge it's a perfect place to work on something while enjoying your favorite drink and food. The first thing that I wanted to try is their iced spanish latte while my daughter have ordered her favorite egg tart and just a bottle of water for her. Since my sister Joyce was also with us she had tried their iced seasalt latte and paired it with their ube cheesecake. I'm giving their iced spanish latte with 9/10, since you can definitely taste the bitterness of the coffee along with the creaminess of the latte which makes it almost perfect. My sister said that their seasalt also tasted better that what she had before so I'm guessing 8/10 for her. Meanwhile for the food, my daughter had finished 2 egg tarts while we also devoured the ube cheesecake.
Overall, the service is great since they have welcoming and friendly staff. They also have wifi incase you wanted to connect to the internet while enjoying your food and drinks.
