    Life’s train goes smoothly on the right track and in right condition. But when the irregularities start happening whether in the condition of journey of or on the path,the travel does not remain same. In our life we encounter different challenges . These challenges motivate someone to compete while discourage some as well. Failures are also associated with our life and deapite our efforts we can’t avoid that.Days start passing rapidly and each day we spent regretting past and concerning future.

    When you are surrounded by the despair of discouragement and gloom of failures, you must remember,” Every day starts from zero, Every day is a fresh start not the continuation of previous days”
    So making the day better will contribute a lot to overall well-being just like each drop of water makes a river. To make our day better, we can employ a disciplined strategy as follows:

    1. Early to bed, Early to rise: It has been verified through different studies and research that those who used to wake up late at night and wake up very late have depressive psychology. They become very lazy and can’t perform their activities well. While those who wake up early perform their activities with zeal because the morning air injects freshness into them.

    2. Waking up with a positive mindset:
    It is the mindset that determines how results will be. A negative mindset will not motivate you to strive hard but in the case of a positive mindset, you will be optimum about progress and this mindset will galvanize you to give your best.

    3. Performing exercises:
    For a positive and fresh mindset, physical activities are very essential. A sound body keeps a sound mind. To be energetic, there is need to repel laziness from you. Performing exercises will help a lot in refreshing the body.

    4. Schedule your important tasks:
    Life does not always go the way we want or plan but still planning has a very key role in success. To make a day better, you must schedule your important tasks of the day This will highlight your priorities and you will be able to perform them on time by skipping useless things on that time.

    5. Stay hydrated:
    This is the most compromised factor of our life. We do not pay much attention to the importance of water. Water is not only to quench the thirst but it prevents you from cramps, fatigue, and dizziness. We must promote fruit intake.

    6. Social Connections:
    Loneliness brings depression. People intermix solitude and loneliness but both these are different. Solitude is productive while loneliness is very deleterious. We must interact with people, soak up positivity from them, and explore them. Interactions will help you a lot in finding your mentors or motivating you as well.

    7. Taking breaks:
    Humans are not robots. They can’t work continuously. They need proper breaks. Taking short breaks will help in relaxing down and reviving energy back. Short breaks between work are very crucial for the human mind.

    8. Meditation:
    Meditation is the best thing a person can do for himself. Meditation treats not only psychological issues but also helps in ameliorating physical and physiological disorders. Meditation helps you focus. Meditation helps you in moving out of gloomy clouds of despair. Meditation helps in gaining energy.

    9. Healthy food:
    A diseased body will not help you in performing your activities. And diet matters a lot in health. The junk foods taste delicious but they cause many disorders. In contrast to this, a healthy diet will keep the body healthy which will in turn possess a healthy mind.

    10. Ending the day with gratitude:
    We must always be grateful for what we have instead of complaining about things and people. Gratitude will bring positivity. It will avoid negativity. Gratitude will elevate your mind and while closing your eyes at night to sleep you must be committed to bringing in some new good things in your life the next day.

    In the end I will like to say doing things that bring you peace of mind and pleasure is very important. We must always keep assessing our life and try to rectify everything that is out of order.
