As Much as I Like the Color Blue

Today was a good day; I don't know whether it was the wind, the sun, the day of the week, the morning coffee or the color I wore, but today I remembered again what it felt like to go smiling down the street.

I really like it when the weather is chill, when it's rainy season, because the green of nature comes alive, and when it's not raining the sky shines brighter than ever.

I like the rainy season almost as much as I like the color blue.

Today I wore a sweater in… Peach? Coral? I'm not really sure, and to be honest I don't pay much attention to the names of specific shades either, but I do pay attention to how they make me feel. This color I was wearing today made me feel very sure of myself; I felt cheerful, happy, and confident. A perfect color to wear when I go to college, now that I think about it, especially today which was a day when I had an exam (I did very well).

I also realized that I like warm pinks, almost as much as I like blue.

In the end, I am happy that today was a good day, although I know that not every day will be like wearing warm pinks, eventually I will find myself smiling again for no apparent reason.

Hoy fue un buwn día; no sé si era el viento, el sol, el día de la semana, el café de la mañana o el color que usé para vestir, pero hoy volví a recordar lo que se sentía ir sonriendo por la calle.

Me gusta mucho cuando el clima está templado, cuando es temporada de lluvias, porque el verde de la naturaleza se aviva, y cuando no está lloviendo el cielo brilla más que nunca.

Me gusta la temporada de lluvias casi tanto como me gusta el color azul.

Hoy usé un suéter color... ¿Melocotón? ¿Coral? No estoy muy segura, y para ser honesta tampoco le presto mucha atención a los nombres de los colores, pero sí a como me hacen sentir. Este color que estaba usando hoy me hizo sentir muy segura de mí misma; me sentía alegre, feliz y confiada. Un color perfecto para usar cuando voy a la universidad, ahora que lo pienso, sobre todo hoy que fue un día en el que tuve un examen (me fue muy bien).

También me di cuenta que me gustan los rosas cálidos, casi tanto como me gusta el azul.

Al final, estoy feliz de que hoy haya sido un buen día, aunque sé que no todos los días serán como usar rosas cálidos, eventualmente volveré a encontrarme sonriendo sin razón aparente.
